With PHASE 3, we are now open again, following strict health protocols. In addition to maintaining our long standing practice of thoroughly cleaning equipment after each client visit in the Studio Gym(and we mean everything that is touched, from mats to weights to stability balls etc), in order to help prevent the spread of covid-19, we have also introduced non-contact Infrared Thermometer testing upon gym entry AND both the trainer and client will wear a non-medical mask (we have some here if you forget). Gym temperature has been lowered and fans throughout move the air around (windows will also be opened as outdoor temperature permits). Unfortunately, other than warm-up, indoor cardio has been suspended, but frankly, our focus in the gym has always been strength, flexibility and balance anyway. We continue to run cardio outdoor when applicable, e.g., BEEP Testing etc., and teach our clients how to properly do cardio activities. We look forward to helping our clients in our newly renovated gym, - stay safe!
